Festival Food Court
The Scandinavian Folk Festival is presenting an array of Scandinavian Foods.
Food will be served on Saturday July 19 from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM and on Sunday July 20 from 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Food will be available for Take-Out at the Scandinavian Folk Festival This Year!
*You can obtain a pass to enter the Festival to pick up your choice of unique Scandinavian foods.
The menu includes:
- Norm Owen's world famous Korv Burgers
- Korv Patty on a Rye Bread Bun
- Varm Korv (Swedish hot dog) with Mashed Potatoes
- Swedish Meatball Dinner with sides
- Swedish Waffles with Lingonberry
3Cs Food Truck
3Cs Catering Service will provide the traditional food this year.
The menu includes a variety plate, Swedish meatballs, rice pudding, rotmos, yellow pea soup, brown beans and some non Swedish favorites.

Ecklof Bakery will be returning with an array of traditional treats that everyone will love!

Located in Jamestown!

Norm’s Korv Burgers
The American Scandinavian Heritage Foundation will be serving Norm's world famous korvburgers. Norm Owen created the korvburger for the Scandinavian Folk Festival. A korv meat patty is served on a rye bun with a choice of lingonberries or other condiments.
